02 Leadership

Dr. Sibyl Swift

Regulatory Scientist · Executive Advisor · Professional Practice Leader

Dr. Sibyl Swift advises executive teams, boards, investors, scientists, and legal counsel where scientific evidence, regulatory obligations, enterprise strategy, and commercial execution converge.

She is a regulatory scientist and executive leader with more than 15 years of experience developing and leading science-based strategy across the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, industry, nonprofit organizations, biotechnology, and board governance.

Her work is distinguished by the disciplined integration of scientific knowledge, regulatory expertise, strategic judgment, and practical execution. She supports organizations confronting complex matters involving dietary supplements, food and beverage products, botanicals, cannabinoids, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, clinical research, toxicology, product safety, quality systems, current good manufacturing practices, and commercialization.

Dr. Sibyl Swift founded Swift Strategy Group on the belief that clients deserve more than technical answers. They require an independent adviser capable of evaluating evidence objectively, identifying material risks, communicating uncertainty honestly, and developing strategies that withstand scientific, regulatory, legal, and commercial scrutiny.

Her advisory approach is collaborative but independent, rigorous but practical, and grounded in the understanding that the quality of an outcome begins with the quality of the professional judgment used to reach it.

03 Professional Philosophy

Professional excellence is achieved through the consistent application of disciplined judgment. The quality of a recommendation depends not only upon the conclusion reached, but upon the integrity, rigor, transparency, and professional responsibility of the reasoning that produced it.
