01 Scope

This policy describes how Swift Strategy Group ("the firm," "we," "us") handles information collected through swiftstrategygroup.com (the "site"). It applies to the site only. It does not govern information exchanged under a separate written engagement agreement, which is addressed by the terms of that agreement.

02 Information You Provide

The site has no accounts, no login, and no payment processing. The only information we receive is what you choose to submit through an inquiry — typically your name, email address, organization, professional role, a description of the matter and decision at issue, your timing, and, optionally, how you learned of the firm.

Please do not transmit confidential, proprietary, or privileged information through an initial inquiry. As noted below and elsewhere on this site, contacting the firm does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation.

03 Information Collected Automatically

The site is a static site and does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may record standard server request data — such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp — for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. That data is handled under the hosting provider's own policies and is not used by the firm to build profiles of visitors.

04 How Information Is Used

Inquiry information is used solely to review the matter for alignment and potential conflicts, to respond to you, and — if an engagement follows — to establish and administer it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use inquiry information for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the site (for example, an email or form provider acting on our instructions) or where required by law.

05 Conflicts Review

Independent advisory practice requires that the firm check each inquiry against existing and former engagements before substantive discussion. This means your organization's identity and the general nature of your matter are reviewed internally. Where a conflict exists, we will decline and will not use the information for any other purpose.

06 Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained only as long as needed for conflicts checking and ordinary business records, then deleted. Records relating to an actual engagement are retained per the engagement agreement and applicable professional and legal obligations.

07 Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided by writing to sibyl@swiftstrategygroup.com. Depending on your jurisdiction — including under the EU/UK GDPR and applicable U.S. state privacy laws — you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We will honor verifiable requests to the extent required by applicable law and consistent with our professional record-keeping obligations.

08 Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Sensitive material should be exchanged only through channels agreed in writing after an engagement is established.

09 Children

The site is directed to professional and organizational audiences and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10 External Links

The site may reference third-party organizations or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites.

11 Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of this page.
